MatchWorks is looking for an In Work Mentor who partners closely with participants, employers and internal teams to proactively address barriers, strengthen workplace success, and drive sustainable, long-term employment outcomes through tailored support and retention strategies.

What you'll do
* Be on the ground, providing hands‐on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
* Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.
* Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work.
What you'll bring
* A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
* An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
* Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
* Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
