Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong background in strategic sales, team leadership, and logistics experience. Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Performance
* Provide strong leadership and guidance to a sales team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
* Develop and implement clear performance metrics, including team and individual KPIs, targets, and key milestones to drive accountability and success.
2. Client Engagement & Satisfaction
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their logistics needs and delivering tailored supply chain solutions.
* Actively network across the beverage industry to ensure our company is front-of-mind for upcoming opportunities.
* Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
3. Revenue Growth, Market Expansion & Pipeline Management
* Drive year-over-year revenue growth within the beverage category while expanding into new customer segments.
* Oversee a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and effective progression of opportunities through the sales cycle.
* Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to securing new business, ensuring commercial objectives are met.
* Develop and execute strategic plans within the targeted industry vertical aligned to broader business goals and evolving market demands.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
* Partner with internal stakeholders across operations, marketing, and finance to ensure category strategies are effectively executed and aligned with organizational objectives.
