About the Role

We are seeking a Permanent
- Full time, IT Specialist in WA Divisional HQ.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be successful in this role if you can:
Service Delivery-
- Assist IT Service Desk Support with any Level 1 support as required- Provide site administrator support (Level 3) to Salvos Stores' Tier 1 Network infrastructure and liaise with THQ ITS for all major Tier 1 works, including notifications to all Tier 1 users regarding any interruptions.- Provide Level 1 trouble shooting for Salvos Stores' Tier 2 ADSL issues and investigate any irregular high usage. Liaise with THQ ITS and Telstra on any ADSL issues as required.- Build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders and vendors, both internal and external- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to all Club Card related technical queries- Provide all Salvos Stores' hardware and software support and maintenance- Provide IT infrastructure support to all Salvos Store's store relocation and new store setup- Assist in any system testing and functional reporting as directed by the IT manager- Participate in IT projects as directed by the IT manager

Stakeholder Management- Liaise with ITS leadership team when implementing or updating policy- Consult with ITS to ensure policies are fit for purpose- Train, communicate and liaise with all ITS staff to ensure training and awareness of all ITIL policies- Liaise with key stakeholders within The Salvation Army to ensure services provided are fit for purpose and requirements are reflected in processes and documents such as the service catalogue, Service Level Agreement, maintenance window etc

Documentation & Reporting- Provide monthly reports to executives, IT Leadership and business units as required and ensure processes, policies and procedures is easy to understand and follow- Leverage of service management analytics to drive efficiencies and improve service delivery- Ensure knowledge management and content management system is maintained

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Computer Sciences with many years of Industry Experience- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification desirable- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role-
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to visualize a problem or situation with a commitment to accuracy- Moderate to Advanced Excel skills- Understanding of financial information

Desirable Skills- Project Management certifications and/or experience is desirable- Experience with O365 is preferred- Ability to spot IT risks and offer solutions to overcome- Desire to analyse current processes and make recommendations for improvements- Experience programming with VB6 will be highly regarded
