About the Role
* Provide exceptional service to guests in restaurants, bars, and during events.
* Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
* Set up and clear dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
* Assist with event setups and service as required.
* Work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts as per roster.
Requirements
* Previous hospitality or customer service experience highly regarded.
* Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* A team player with a positive, professional attitude.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
