About the role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Locum MSK Physiotherapist to join a dynamic private clinic team in the Sydney southern suburb. This role involves delivering high-quality patient-centered care, managing a diverse private patient caseload, and helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals. Key responsibilities include: Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with musculoskeletal complaints, using evidence-based diagnostic techniques. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, education, and other physiotherapy modalities. Handle a varied caseload, including private patients, Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program referrals, Workers' Compensation (WC) claims, and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) cases. Manage a schedule of 30-minute consultations effectively while maintaining high-quality care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards. Work Environment: The role is based in a well-equipped private clinic with access to state-of-the-art facilities. The successful candidate will join a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering professional growth.
