In This Role You Will
Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk-in, email and phone)
Assist with the day-to-day activities within the store
Process orders, invoices and payments
Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in our store
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, based at Carrara – QLD.
You will report to the Store Manager and work within the Gyprock Trade Centre, assisting in deliveries of Gyprock to our customers and working within the warehouse.
About You
Experience in customer service or trade counter sales
Ability to handle sales transactions, process orders, and manage stock inquiries
Strong communication, interpersonal and basic computer skills
Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved)
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential
