Key Responsibilities
* Preparing, mixing, and baking a range of bakery products to a high standard
* Following established recipes and production processes
* Ensuring all products meet quality and presentation standards
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with food safety requirements
* Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets
About You
* Trade-qualified baker or equivalent experience
* Strong attention to detail and consistency
* Able to work well within a team environment
* Positive attitude and good communication skills
* Reliable and punctual, with the ability to manage early morning starts
