Lead Large-Scale Projects to New Heights
As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the delivery of upcoming renovation works and future development projects across premium assets on the Gold Coast. This rare opportunity allows you to work closely with a respected developer, driving projects that set new benchmarks in luxury living.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute plans for building upgrades and interior fit-outs
* Cordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to drive outcomes
* Oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management across active worksites
* Liaise with local council and manage development approval processes
* Prepare scopes of work, technical documents, and compliance reports
* Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on all active and pipeline projects
* Support longer-term development strategy across a wider property portfolio
* Maintain safety and quality standards across all project activities
Requirements:
* A minimum of five years' experience in project management within construction, development, or engineering
* Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a similar field
* Familiarity with QLD building codes, project compliance, and local DA processes
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proactive and highly organised, with a clear focus on delivering premium outcomes
* Mandarin language skills highly regarded but not essential
The successful candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a strong understanding of construction principles. They will also be able to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and contractors.
