Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate the management of School Crossing Supervisor scheme operations across geographically diverse locations, administering related human resource processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll functions, and staff performance.
* Support the implementation of road safety programs within the Road Safety unit and work effectively as a team member contributing to team objectives.
* Collaborate with departmental colleagues and representatives of other government agencies and community groups to deliver agreed road safety outcomes and comply with departmental customer service quality and performance standards.
Mandatory Qualifications And Conditions
To thrive in this position, you will need to demonstrate:
* A current C or CA class driver license.
* A Working with children check (Blue Card) upon commencement of employment and at all times while employed by us.
* A criminal history check prior to appointment to the role.
