About The Role

You’ll be working across a variety of high-quality projects including residential electrical, solar installations, battery systems, and upgrades — all while delivering a premium experience to our customers.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Delivering High-Quality Electrical Work
* Residential electrical installations, upgrades, and maintenance
* Solar and battery system installations
* Fault finding and problem solving on-site
* Ensuring all work meets SJ Power’s high standards
Owning The Job From Start to Finish
* Manage your jobs efficiently and professionally
* Communicate clearly with customers and team members
* Ensure jobs are completed on time and to scope
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised worksite
Representing The SJ Power Standard
* Deliver a premium customer experience
* Uphold our reputation for quality and reliability
* Look for ways to improve systems and processes
* Support and mentor apprentices where required
Experience Required
* Qualified Electrician (A-Grade Licence)
* Experience in residential electrical (solar experience highly regarded)
* Strong problem-solving ability
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Valid driver’s licence
* A proactive, can-do attitude
