They offer design, collaboration, project management, welding and metal fabrication, painting and digital production services. They have completed many featured projects in Adelaide and other locations around South Australia. They are based in 15 minutes West of the City and have been operating for over 30 years.
Your new role
As a sign writer, you will be responsible for creating and applying signage for various projects involving public art, signage, playgrounds, urban furniture and infrastructure. You will work with a talented team of metal fabricators, painters and digital producers who have been trained to the company’s high standards of quality and creativity. You will need to have skills in design, typography, colour theory, vinyl cutting, digital printing and airbrushing. You will also need to be able to work on project development, client delivery and installation. You will have the opportunity to work on high-end quality commercial projects that showcase your artistic flair and professionalism. This role is a senior role that requires experience and expertise in the sign writing industry. However, juniors are also welcome to apply for an adjusted role that offers progression opportunities and growth in the company.
What you’ll need to succeed
* A relevant qualification in sign writing is highly advantageous
* Proven experience and portfolio of previous commercial sign writing projects
* Proficiency in design software and digital production equipment
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a creative team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Attention to detail and quality standards
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements
* A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different sites
