**About the Assignment**
The Project Services Document Control Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all document control (DC) activities and will be the key focal point primarily for the Bayu-Undan CCS Project. This role will also provide support on other Asset Improvement and Decommissioning projects as directed.
**Tasks include**:
- Serve as the focal point of all Document Control activities for the BCCS Project including prioritising deliverables and documentation
- Document Control Process Owner and key Project interface representative
- Actively collaborate with the Project team and external Contractors to ensure timely, accuracy and integrity of the Project data is maintained and aligned with Project, Santos business and SMS requirements
- Ensure contractor deliverables are tracked and correctly reported in contractors' document management reports
- Coordinate Document Control workshare resources (in conjunction with PS/DC Lead) to ensure document control processing is timely, accurate and prioritised as required
- Interface with other business departments, such as Information Management and Operations Department to ensure the timely and accurate handover of final documentation at Project close out
- Coordinate and collaborate on the Document Control systems data maintenance and workflows support in conjunction with the Projects Systems Coordinator
- Facilitate and coordinate all new Projects Document Control requirements and setup
**This assignment is initially offered for 12 months, engaged via Chandler Macleod. Location for this assignment is Perth, working full-time office hours.**
**Role Specific Accountabilities**:
- Ensure Document Control deliverables are managed in a timely and accurate manner
- Co-ordinate and support document control processing and distribution of project documentation, through the document control software program as required.
- Facilitate Project document control updates, meetings and user support & training as required
- Contribute to the identification and protection of Project business confidential information
- Distribute documents to relevant parties using appropriate matrices and tracking procedures
- Manage workflows for the distribution, review and commenting of contractor documents
- Expedite delivery of information from project personnel, contractors and suppliers
- Prepare and issue reports on a regular basis providing project management with a clear understanding of overdue comments, late contractor document issue and other concerns as may be requested,
- Interface with contractors, providing Project requirements for all documentation, such as; document numbering, file transfer information, correspondence starter packs and metadata requirements
- Document and maintain work processes in the form of procedures and work instructions as required
- Provide Document Control backup support as required
- Identify and analyse Project trends, suggest and contribute to business effective enhancements
- Complete additional duties within the organization as directed by the Project Services Lead/Project Services Manager
**About You**
- Full working rights to live and work in Australia - Essential
- Technical Qualification or Relevant Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a document controller on major oil/gas, power or petrochemical project
- Familiar with the use of proprietary and custom computer software systems used for project management (e.g. Pims)
