We are currently seeking a proactive and adaptable Site Administrator to join our team and support operations.

Your new role
As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for:
* Managing training compliance and Learning Management System (LMS) records
* Coordinating site access for personnel
* Performing general administrative tasks, including booking flights and accommodation
* Predominantly 7/7 roster, with some 5/2 work required in between shutdowns
* Maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing site needs
* Working camp-based across multiple locations
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience in administrative roles, in mining or industrial environments
* Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* High level of flexibility and resilience in dynamic site conditions
