Task & responsibilities
* Working within a high performing team to deliver high-quality products and a smooth service
* Performing food preparation tasks, training, and supporting a section
* Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed
Qualification & experience
* Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a premium dining environment
* Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene
* A qualification in Commercial Cookery is preferred, but not required
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
