Your New Role
Reporting to an experienced Manager, you'll be instrumental in supporting our efficient crane truck hire and transport operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Manage general office administration, including phone calls, correspondence, filing, and ordering supplies.
* Provide essential support for transport operations, assisting with job bookings, scheduling, and dispatching of crane trucks.
* Maintain accurate records for vehicles, operators, and general company data.
* Assist with financial administration, including invoicing, payment processing, and compiling expense/payroll information.
* Liaise directly with clients and operators to ensure smooth job execution and resolve inquiries.

About You
* Proficient skills in computers: MS suite and Google suite, Excel, etc.
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret project information accurately.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
