Construction Leadership Role
About the Position:
This is a dynamic construction leadership role offering a challenging opportunity to manage and mentor project teams, while ensuring delivery of high-profile projects that showcase exceptional design and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee multiple projects from inception through to completion, driving buildability, programme and quality considerations throughout.
2. Maintain strategic relationships with key consultants and subcontractors, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
3. Ensure each project aligns with company standards and expectations regarding design and quality.
Requirements for Success:
* Strong track record as a Construction Manager or Project Director within a developer or Tier 2 builder environment.
* Background in high-density residential or mixed-use developments (preferred).
* Ability to manage and support site teams across multiple sites.
* Excellent leadership, client and stakeholder management skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related field.
