**About the role**
As the Customer Service Agent, you are responsible for supporting the branch network in the state and wider Australian & NZ branch network in peak times by answering overflow customer calls as well as local calls directed from our 135 135 or 0800 number.
- Liaising with the operational network in regards to deliveries, logistics, invoicing and other customer service matters where needed.
- Assistance with digital channels may be required from time to time, and agents are required to prepare written correspondence to customers, internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and authorities as delegated.
