Employment type: Casual (shift-based over a 7‑day period with scope to become permanent). Also available Part‑Time with an early start of 4:30 am.

About the Role
Calvary North Adelaide Hospital is looking to employ General Service Assistants – Housekeeping to join our friendly and supportive team. A strong work ethic, positive attitude and a desire to provide high standards of customer satisfaction are essential.
On‑the‑job orientation and training will be provided. The role involves significant initial and ongoing mandatory training requirements both online and face‑to‑face.
Responsibilities
* Provide a high standard of cleaning services within the hospital.
* Perform infectious cleaning and theatre cleaning.
* Support critical operations that aid the day‑to‑day running of a metropolitan hospital.
* Operate in line with infection control standards and WHS policy & procedures.
* Work flexibly across a 7‑day rotating roster, doing both AM and PM shifts.
Qualifications
* Authority to work in Australia.
* Working with Children check.
* Experience in aged care or hospital environment (desirable).
* Excellent time‑management skills.
* Commitment to service excellence.
* Strong communication and customer skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Work well independently and within a team.
* Flexible to work in a 7‑day roster including weekends.
* Available for starts at 4:30 am if required.

Additional Requirements
