Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist
Amer Sports is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join its ANZ team.
* This role involves strategic financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced multi-brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to inform business strategy and decision-making.
* Manage budgeting and forecasting processes that align with business objectives, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
* Analyse trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and present insights to senior leaders.
* Evaluate and enhance internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and growth initiatives.
* Support the development of strategic plans and provide financial expertise for local, regional, and global projects.
* Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance within the accounting team.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
