Caravan park manager couple

Capable couple (preferably experienced) required to manage Prospector Big 4 Holiday Park in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.

The successful couple will have experience managing a busy caravan park catering to both tourists and corporate clients, be computer‐literate and able to use Word, Excel, Outlook and a computerized reservation software (preferably RMS).

We are looking for a hands‐on couple to take responsibility for the smooth functioning of the park and the maintenance of high standards, manage people and build a strong support team, and provide excellent customer service.

The successful candidates will offer skills and experience such as the following:

• Provide strong leadership and lead your team by example.
• Maintain the park with competent handyman skills.
• Be able to understand and maintain the park infrastructure and systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
• Hands‐on approach and flexible attitude with regard to work hours.
• Maintain the grounds with help from the groundsperson.
• Computer‐literate and able to manage reservations efficiently and complete daily, weekly and monthly reporting through RMS.
• Carry out social media and marketing activities.
• Have financial and business common sense.
• Understand and comply with legislation and safety and health requirements.
