The Role
- Lead, inspire, and mentor educators to deliver high-quality early childhood programs.
- Oversee daily operations, including rostering, program monitoring, and staff support.
- Implement the centre’s Quality Improvement Program (QIP) and professional learning initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with ACECQA standards and contribute to a thriving centre culture.
Role Requirements
- Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or University Degree – ACECQA approved).
- Working with Children Check
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a genuine passion for early learning.
- Child Protection Certification and understanding of Mandatory Reporting responsibilities.
- Candidates must have full working rights
