* Proactively develop local events and support the Venue Manager to create & drive marketing strategies
Requirements:
* Excellent leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment
* Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and inspiring, coaching, and developing your team
* Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
