The Role Your expertise will support the efficient delivery of essential requirements, contributing to the overall success and smooth functioning of our Governance and Performance Unit. Reporting to the Manager - Governance and Performance, you will be responsible for (not limited to):
- Support the Director and Managers in day-to-day business, projects, programs, and events.
- Coordinate meetings, including telehealth sessions, and assist with the production of online resources.
**The Successful PersonYou will have demonstrated**:
- Proficient in administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation with a high level attention to detail.
- Experience in providing comprehensive administrative support, including organizing and managing meetings, maintaining office resources and equipment.
- High-level interpersonal skills and effective communication for seamless interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
