About The Role 
- Caseload: Primarily paediatrics (NDIS), including children with Autism, Global Developmental Delay, sensory processing differences, and motor coordination challenges 
- Focus Areas: Fine and gross motor development, sensory integration, school readiness, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and self-care skills 
- Service Settings: Clinic-based with optional outreach to homes and schools 
- KPI: 5 billable hours/day (includes sessions, planning, documentation, assessments, and travel) 
- Bonuses: Earn performance bonuses once caseload reaches 80% – without needing to overextend 
What You Can Expect 
- Salary: $103,000 – $123,600 total package including super, based on experience 
- Incentives & Bonuses: Performance bonuses from 80% caseload, sign-on bonuses, relocation support, and gym access at our Melton clinic 
- New Graduate Program: A structured, supportive transition into practice, including gradual caseload ramp-up, weekly supervision, peer observation, team days, and internal PD sessions 
- Flexible Work Options: Mix of in-clinic, school-based, home visits, or telehealth based on your interests 
- Comprehensive Billable Hours: All client-related activities count – assessments, travel, planning, documentation, and NDIS admin

What You’ll Bring 
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy (or nearing graduation) 
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility to register) 
- Interest in paediatric care and early intervention 
- A collaborative, client-focused approach 
- Willingness to work across diverse caseloads and environments 
- Current Working with Children Check and Driver’s Licence
