About the Position
As a frontline maintenance supervisor, you will oversee activities with trade teams to minimize equipment failure downtime and optimize plant availability.
You will contribute to the achievement of operational, quality, people, and service objectives, ensuring all performance indicators are tracked and updated regularly.
The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering degree or minimum industry recognition, as well as proven leadership skills and ability to effectively prioritize competing work tasks.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance maintenance processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
In addition, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation, training new team members, and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
