Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation, support, and performance of our technology services. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and guide the Technical Team, ensuring reliable network operations, proactive monitoring, and service continuity across multiple locations.
* Take ownership of escalated incidents and major outages, delivering swift resolutions, clear communications, and thorough documentation.
* Establish and maintain technical policies, procedures, and best practices, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
* Support and develop team members through mentoring, performance management, recruitment, and fostering a collaborative culture.
* Partner with stakeholders and vendors, generate operational reports, and act as a key escalation point for critical issues.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a strong understanding of IT operations and technical service delivery.
