Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to work on site in the office based in Laverton VIC 3028 5 days per week.
As the Payroll /Finance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Processing a weekly payroll for 80 employees using Pronto
* Processing new starters, terminations and redundancies
* Processing superannuation, Incolink, CFMEU and Coinvest payments
* Performing monthly payroll and superannuation reconciliations, end-of-year processing, and reporting
* Processing supplier and subcontractor invoices
* Coordinating weekly commission payments for sales representatives
* Setting up and maintaining fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
* Preparing annual FBT reports
The successful candidate will have:
* End to end payroll experience is essential, including processing super, payroll tax and payg
* End to end accounts payable experience
* Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail
* Intermediate excel skills
* Strong time management skills as well as the ability to prioritise conflicting priorities
