The Opportunity

Make a real difference in Western Australia as our Team Leader Mobile Services. Lead a dedicated team delivering transport services to diverse and disadvantaged communities, helping people access essential transport solutions.

You’ll liaise with a broad range of stakeholders, allocate resources, support your team and ensure services are delivered with care, compliance, and cultural sensitivity. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll solve problems, build partnerships, and represent the Department in consultations and negotiations across regional, remote, and metropolitan locations.

Please note that this position requires regular travel to a range of locations (including remote communities) and may include work outside of core business hours and on weekends.

There is currently 1 fixed term position available for immediate filling for a period of 7 months, with the possibility of extension(s) or permanency.

The successful applicant or applicants assessed as suitable through this process may receive further offers of employment (fixed term or permanent) in this or similar roles for a period of twelve (12) months from date of first appointment.
