About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional person to join our friendly administration team as receptionist, providing administration services and reception support to the clinicians practicing from The Psychological Health Centre. The Receptionist is generally the first point of contact with clients. As such it is essential that they are pleasant, courteous, highly professional and able to interact with a wide and diverse client group.
Key Responsibilities
· Booking and confirming appointments
· Answering the phone
· Meeting and greeting clients
· Responding to enquiries
· Processing payments and Medicare claims
· Maintaining clean and tidy office environment
About You
You're a confident, organised and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in doing things well. You enjoy working as part of a team and have a calm, proactive approach when things get busy. You value supporting the mental health and well-being of the Northern Beaches community.
You will bring:
* Demonstrated experience in administration and/or reception role within a healthcare or other professional setting or a keen interest in developing these skills
* Strong organisational, time management and communication skills with the ability to work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, cloud-based systems and digital filing
* Experience with Halaxy (advantageous)
* A friendly, professional manner and a focus on quality and service
