Hospitality Operations Manager
The ideal candidate will oversee food preparation, serving, and presentation while adhering to safety standards.
* Ensure high-quality service by maintaining standard operating procedures across all hospitality functions.
* Cook and serve food that meets dietary requirements with a focus on presentation and taste.
* Supervise Catering, Cleaning, and Laundry operations across the facility and staff accommodation.
* Support senior hospitality staff members in menu design and implementation.

* Ability to prepare medium-high volume meals safely and efficiently.
* Proven experience in trade or equivalent skills from previous roles.
