This exciting role involves handling legal work, focusing on providing a seamless and tech-forward experience for clients in property transactions. You will be working closely with a key partner who specialises in cutting-edge digital conveyancing solutions.
As a Conveyancer at our organisation, you will oversee a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters with expertise and efficiency. You will review and advise on Contracts of Sale, and navigate all facets of property transactions. You will also provide clear, strategic advice to clients and prepare essential settlement, land registry, and PEXA documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage residential conveyancing matters with expertise and efficiency.
* Advise and guide clients on Contracts of Sale and other property transactions.
* Deliver excellent customer service and produce high-quality, accurate work.
Requirements:
* 2-5 years of Vic conveyancing experience (working across multi-jurisdictions is a high advantage).
* Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new processes.
* Strong customer service skills and passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
* Detail-oriented and able to produce high-quality, accurate work.
