Grampians Clinical and Child Psychology is a friendly, values-driven private practice and Provisional Psychologist training hub in Horsham (Wimmera / Grampians, Western Victoria). We're expanding to meet strong community demand and are inviting applications for a Senior Psychologist to provide clinical leadership, supervision and high-quality psychological services.
This role is ideal for a board-approved supervisor or an experienced clinician interested in gaining Board Approved Supervisor status. You'll have the opportunity to mentor early-career and Provisional Psychologists while maintaining a caseload aligned to your interests.
There is scope to be involved in developing and leading projects to improve community access to Psychologists as well as developing services that align with your own passions and interests.

The position at a glance
Employment type : Full-time or Part-time (EFT flexible) or percentage split contracting arrangement
Compensation : Salary package up to $140,000 + 5 weeks paid annual leave
Work in a friendly team that focuses on child work but with the option of building an adult case-load if this is your preference
Supervision provided as part of the role for Psychologists wanting to complete their Clinical Registrar Program to gain clinical endorsement.
Modalities & settings : In-clinic and telehealth; opportunities to participate in school-liaison work and group programs.
Start date : negotiable
Your key responsibilities
Provide evidence-based, developmentally and culturally responsive therapy
Offer supervision and mentoring to provisional and early-career psychologists
Conduct psychological, cognitive, learning and developmental assessments
Liaise with GPs, paediatricians, educators, and community services
Participate in leadership meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and learning-focused team culture
About You
Fully Registered Psychologist or Clinical psychologist
Board Approved Supervisor (or willingness to obtain this within the role)
Warm, collaborative communicator who values reflective practice
Strong formulation, assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Professional, organised, and confident working both independently and in a team.
Current WWCC and Police Check (or ability to obtain)
Eligible for a Medicare Provider number
Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency
