Key Role Responsibilities:
- Schedule, coordinate and lead the internal quality and WHSE audit program to ensure compliance with internal & legislative requirements.
- Manage the training and mentoring of internal auditors so as to ensure the agreed audit schedule is met.
- Conduct functional and physical configuration audits and record and report the results.
- Conduct quality induction sessions for new employees.
- Record and process Corrective Action Requests.
- Liaise with interstate offices with regard to internal audit issues.
- Assist with customer and certification audits.
- Contribute to the preparation of Quality Reports to senior management.
- Lead Change Management projects of specific relevance to the Quality Management System.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- AGSVA clearance level: NV1
- Lead Auditor certified by recognized Quality Organization with five or more years of commercial experience in quality auditing.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills including professional report writing skills.
- Management Systems auditing competency.
- A strong awareness of Quality Management Principles.
