Opportunity
Our team is looking to expand within the Water, Defence, and Infrastructure sectors in Canberra. We are seeking an intermediate level Management Consultant with experience in business transformation, change management, communications, process improvement, and delivery.
What You'll Do
* Support and lead key components of business transformation and change management programmes.
* Implement and adopt large change programmes in complex environments.
* Lead business improvement projects and drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with senior leaders and clients across the project life cycle.
* Travel across Australia to work with various clients.
What You Bring
* Experience in management consulting, business transformation, and change management frameworks.
* Strong communication, problem‐solving, and critical‐thinking skills.
* Experience building and maintaining client stakeholder relationships.
* Results‐focused, can‐do attitude and willingness to travel.
* Understanding of change management principles and ability to progress professionally in this field.
* Current Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) baseline clearance (or higher) and Australian citizenship are required.
