The IT Business Analyst is a newly created role that collaborates with stakeholders across the organisation to map current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
The Role
The IT Business Analyst is part of the IT team working under the direction of the IT Manager. The role acts as a link between business operations, internal stakeholders and external vendors/providers to ensure technology solutions provide practical, value‐driven outcomes across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders the IT Business Analyst gathers information to ensure technology solutions align with organisational needs and goals, supporting project delivery and improving systems. The role drives clarity, alignment and continuous improvement through strong analysis, communications and problem solving.
