**About the role**
As Store Manager of this **NEW** store you will;
- Provide a genuine customer experience that is relaxed and friendly. As a Retailer, you understand the importance of local community and know many of your regular customer by name.
- Be a product expert. You're passionate about denim, fit, features and styling and you love the idea of sustainable fashion.
- Recruit, Mentor and Develop and incredible team. You set people up for success and train and develop your team through regular storytelling, coaching and feedback; empowering them to achieve their KPIs.
- Possess Strong Business Acumen... you will identify opportunities & action great initiatives. You will oversee stock management, manage wages and oversee all rostering needs, including productivity.
- Work with the broader business and provide feedback on product, best sellers and merchandising to head office.

You love to solve a problem, friends describe you as creative because you are a Music, Art & Design buff.
