Dave & Buster's is opening in Western Australia as the first Dave & Buster's venue in Australia, and we are looking for an Arcade Tech Manager to lead the technical heartbeat of the venue.
You will be the driving force behind a world-class games floor, ensuring every game, system, and attraction is operating at peak performance.
You'll lead and develop a team of technicians, solve problems fast, and keep the guest experience running flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities
Lead technical operations across arcade games and attractions, ensuring maximum uptime
Manage preventative maintenance and rapid response repairs
Diagnose and repair arcade equipment including mechanical, electronic, and PC based systems
Oversee redemption and ticketing systems to keep the guest experience seamless
Manage parts ordering, inventory control, and supplier relationships
Train, coach, and grow a high-performing team of arcade technicians
Maintain compliance with safety standards and venue operating procedures
Work with venue leadership to improve performance, reliability, and guest satisfaction
Reporting directly to the General Manager
About You
Strong experience in arcade, amusement, entertainment tech, or similar technical environments
High level troubleshooting ability across mechanical, electrical, electronic, and computer systems
A confident leader who can guide and develop a team
Organised and proactive with inventory and maintenance scheduling
Strong communication skills and a team-first approach
Flexible availability across peak trade, including nights and weekends
Calm, practical, and solutions focused under pressure
