We are seeking a casual Retail Field Service Representative to join our retail team, providing services in hardware and gardening departments for major retailers in the region. You will work closely with our products across leading brands to drive growth and success in the marketplace. The focus of this role is to deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to our service level agreements. As an in-store ambassador, you will build strong relationships with both retail teams and product owners, supporting and training colleagues to achieve their goals. In this key role, you will play a crucial part in enabling sales teams to execute their roles effectively, support in-store strategies, and provide exceptional customer experiences. You will also have opportunities to gain insight into our marketing fundamentals from the ground up. While this is a casual position, there are multiple pathways for development into other businesses or full-time roles.
