We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide home care services, enabling older members of our community to maintain their independence and well-being.
As a Home Care Worker, you will deliver personalized support with daily living tasks, including housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping. Additionally, you will assist clients with mobility, therapy goals, and complex care needs. This role requires a qualified professional with at least 3 months' experience in a similar position, a valid Australian Driver's Licence, and a current Working with Vulnerable People Card.
Key Requirements
* Qualifications: Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or related field
* Experience: Minimum 3 months' experience in home care or aged care
* Driver's Licence: Valid Australian Driver's Licence
* Certification: Current Working with Vulnerable People Card
