Project Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to take on a senior leadership position within our project delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, managing dependencies, budgets, and variations.
About the Role
1. Project Strategy and Planning: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure successful outcomes. Identify and track dependencies across construction and integration phases.
2. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate high-performing teams of installers, supported by Contract Administrator, site coordinators, Install leads, installers, and engineers. Set clear expectations, allocate resources effectively, and monitor productivity.
3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients and C-Suite stakeholders as the primary contact for builders, consultants, and client representatives.
4. Budget and Financial Management: Create, track, and manage project budgets and forecasts. Ensure effective cost-to-complete reporting and cash flow management.
5. Risk and Quality Assurance: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain compliance with workplace safety standards on all sites.
