Reporting To The Head Of Property Management And Working Alongside a Property Manager The Ideal Applicant Will Have The Following Attributes
Experience in a similar role
A positive can-do attitude
A willingness to learn all aspects of property management
Professional and well presented
Willing to enrol & obtain the required certification to work as a licensed agent
Strong customer service & phone skills
High attention to detail and willingness to take direction
A valid NSW drivers Licence & own vehicle
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
Answering the phone and counter for the property management department
Liaising with clients & providing exceptional customer service
Conducting open homes for rental properties
Processing applications and on-boarding new tenants
Marketing & online advertising properties
Assisting with routine inspections & preparing reports
Assisting the property management team with day to day tasks
