A key appointment is sought for a Business Operations Manager, who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Branch Manager and leadership team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various tasks, including administrative support, secretariat functions, financial management, and recruitment activities. Key to success will be the ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Branch Manager and leadership team.
* Manage all incoming and outgoing work across the branch in a timely manner.
* Coordinate branch planning, reporting, activities and requirements under divisional and branch strategic plans.
* Assist with government business, including diary management and coordination of work involving the whole branch.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Working with Vulnerable People registration is required.
