About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in event coordination. You will provide high-level support to the Director Community and Culture, ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings and tasks.
* Schedule meetings and prioritise tasks
* Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence
* Provide administrative support across the Community & Culture directorate
* Support event planning and organisation

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally with some event management experience. You must have exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, as well as strong multi-tasking abilities with the capacity to prioritise effectively.
You will be able to work autonomously and make decisive, well-informed decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to connect with others and build strong relationships.
