The Opportunity
We are seeking warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educators and Certificate III Educators to join our team at Bright Steps Academy Horsham. If you love creating meaningful learning experiences, building strong relationships with children and families, and being part of a supportive and collaborative team, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We welcome both experienced educators and those early in their careers who are passionate about helping children flourish.
What You'll Do
* Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with EYLF and NQS
* Build nurturing, respectful relationships with children and families
* Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development through play-based learning
* Contribute positively to an inclusive, collaborative team environment
* Maintain a safe, organised, and inspiring learning environment
* Complete observations, documentation, and learning stories to support each child's progress
What You'll Bring
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Genuine passion for early learning and children's development
* Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
* Understanding of EYLF, NQS, and child-safe practices
* Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
