Stranger Soccer is expanding and we're looking for a License Owner to open and operate the Stranger Soccer business in Brisbane. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, football‐passionate individual to own and run their own business.
Responsibilities
* Bring the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life for the assigned city.
* Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2‐3 people) along with freelance Official Hosts to launch operations.
* Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games.
* Engage in creative sales, marketing, digital and on‐site activities to introduce the platform to customers.
* Oversee a schedule of games, ensuring that customers enjoy each game and return for more.
* Leverage strong support from Singapore headquarters, including operations and technology teams.
Qualifications
* A passion for soccer and a strong connection to the local soccer scene.
* A business background, ideally in management or customer service.
* An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to own and scale the brand in the market.
* A commitment to driving growth and delivering value.
* Financial motivation: compensation is proportionate to performance, business acumen and effectiveness.
