Disability Support Worker Job

About the Role
* You will be working closely with individuals to assist with personal care and daily living skills.
* Plan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development.
* Complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports.
Requirements
* A current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive.
* A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* A Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
* Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
* To work in Children Services, you must meet one of the following requirements:
o Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, and have relevant experience.
o Hold a Certificate IV in Disability Services, Community Services, Individual Support or equivalent.
