Ideally, you will have been exposed to 12D and still have a passion for design, while also enjoying being on site, working with stakeholders, and bringing the project together. About the Civil Design Engineer Role Engage in all project stages from concept, planning, design, construction, and compliance. Oversee design (12d) across varied works like roads, drainage, water/sewer systems, WSUD, retarding basins, and pump stations. Partner with clients, authorities, consultants, and contractors to deliver successful outcomes. Mentor junior members of the team. Civil Design Engineer Skills & Experience Proven experience designing and modelling civil works, including roads, drainage, sewer/water reticulation, drainage basins, and WSUD. Background as a professional civil engineer in land development projects. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Proficiency in 12D (or Civil 3D) and AutoCAD (or equivalent software).
