Applicant must be living/working in Australia for or have accommodation in Tasmania for immediate start. Pay varies based on experience. (experience not necessary but must be willing to obtain basic food handling)
* Food preparation such as salads, simple deserts and sandwiches, heating, serving, presentation and delivery of meals, snacks and drinks in accordance with the Food Safety Program (FSP), menu, recipes and individual consumer’s needs and preferences and relevant Duty Statement/s
· Correct preparation of texture-modified foods and thickened fluids
· Collection and washing of used dishes and other items
· Cleaning according to the cleaning schedule
· Assisting with the monitoring and recording requirements of the Food Safety Program for example, recording temperatures, signing the cleaning schedule when cleaning is completed, documenting the receival of goods
· Ensures the dining room and table settings are set according to the seating planner and in a way that contribute to an enjoyable dining experience.
Contributes to menu planning to meet consumer needs and preferences
