Position Overview
Location: Midland Clinic, WA. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions to answer inquiries and provide tailored product information.
* Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our audiologists.
* Guide customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
* Resolve concerns efficiently to ensure a positive interaction.
* Contribute to local marketing efforts to promote the clinic.
* Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments.
* Good computer literacy and ability to navigate various software programs (CRM, appointment management, etc.).
* Attention to detail and solid administrative background.
* Positive, team‐oriented attitude with ability to work independently.
* Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
* Candidates will be required to undergo a police check as a condition of employment.
