Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled, creative, and strategic Applications Analyst (Integrations Engineer) who shares our passion for evangelism and wants to join our dynamic team in Maroochydore, Australia. The Applications Analyst (Integration Engineer) is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations across CV's core application ecosystem. This role enables automation, data flow, and interoperability between systems—ensuring platforms work together seamlessly to support global mission initiatives and internal operations. The role contributes to the Applications Team's strategic goals by reducing manual processes, improving data integrity, and enhancing user workflows across teams.
Specific Responsibilities
* Deliver Level 2 support for core application platforms, including troubleshooting, configuration adjustments, and incident resolution.
* Support application governance, security, and compliance through role‑based access control, audit documentation, and risk identification.
* Contribute to the rationalisation and optimisation of CV's application landscape.
* Develop and manage API‑based and low‑code/no‑code integrations between CV's core applications (e.g. HRIS, CRM, CMS, social platforms, finance systems).
* Maintain and enhance automation workflows to support operational efficiency, scale, and secure data handling.
* Ensure robust monitoring, error handling, and documentation for all integration solutions.
* Partner with the Data Team to ensure consistent and accurate data movement into data pipelines and dashboards.
* Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions aligned with system architecture and governance standards.
* As part of a global organisation, you will be required to collaborate across time zones, which may involve out‑of‑hours availability.

Skills / Experience / Education
* Minimum 2+ years of experience designing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise application platforms such as CMS, HRIS, ERP, or CRM systems.
* A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
* Experience designing and implementing application integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, or middleware platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, N8N).
* Familiarity with low‑code/no‑code tools and principles, particularly in system automation and workflow design.
* Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into robust system configurations.
* Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills within application environments.
* Experience supporting multi‑region or complex platform deployments.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams (technical and non‑technical).
* Understanding of ITIL practices and PRINCE2 frameworks is desirable.
